The product selection allows you to make your cushions (Seat + Backrest) for a single bench, for example, the one on the driver's side of the vehicle.
If you want to make cushions for 2 benches, for example on the driver's side and the passenger's side, simply add 2X this quantity to your cart.
- Choose from a range of 3 bench lengths (24in; 48in; 56in).
- Select the desired firmness (Medium-Firm or Firm)
About 95% of customers choose the "Medium-Firm" firmness, it's the standard.
Manufacturing Process
- In order to maximize your comfort, you will receive 3 layers of foam with three different firmness levels. (1 inch of firm on the bottom, 2 inches of medium-firm in the middle, and 1 inch of soft on top). To make your 4-inch thick cushion, glue the 3 layers together with the spray adhesive provided in your kit.
- As these are very easy to cut and shape products, Van d'ici offers 3 length choices as 'Blocs', which you can cut to your desired length."
- As for the width, we offer a total dimension of 36 in that covers all bench cases, in which you cut your seat and your backrest.
- The supplied foams do not have a rounded edge. These will form when inserted into your covers.
- Then cover your cushions yourself with custom covers or with the help of your local sewing specialist :)
